Texas Ophthalmological Association’s 2023 Annual Meeting is a much anticipated gathering of ophthalmologists, fellows and residents from across Texas. We invite industry leaders to join us Saturday – Sunday, May 20-21 at the OMNI Fort Worth Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. 

At the request of our physicians, TOA has shifted the meeting to a weekend format so that members can maximize their weekday time in clinic. We will offer table-top exhibit spaces in our dedicated area right next to the general session. Ophthalmologists will come to this area for food and beverage during their breaks and for the President’s Reception on Saturday. 

We expect over 100 practicing ophthalmologists in attendance for this robust CME program, which will feature a wide range of clinical and practical topics and will again feature the resident competition. Click here to view the draft scientific program.  

Space is limited, so we will only be able to accommodate the exhibitors on a first-come-first-served basis, based on date of payment. Please complete the online application form or the paper copy here. 

Expected Attendance: 100-150 ophthalmologists.

6 - 11 am Exhibitor Move-in
11 am Exhibit Hall Opens; Attendee Lunch in the Exhibit Hall
12 - 6 pm Educational Program (30-minute dedicated break with exhibits)
6 pm TOA President’s Reception in the Exhibit Hall

Saturday, May 21
7 - 8 am Continental Breakfast in Exhibit Hall
8 am – Noon Educational Program (30-minute dedicated break with exhibits)
Noon – 2 pm Exhibitor Move-Out 

Exhibit Fee Includes:

  • 6’ x 24” draped table and two chairs.
  • 8-foot wide and 3-foot-deep exhibiting space. Exhibitors must conform to this or equivalent floor space.
  • Company name and hyperlink on conference website.
  • Recognition on on-site signage and promotional materials.
  • Complimentary registration for two representatives.
  • Attendance for up to two representatives at food functions and the Saturday President’s Reception.
  • Pre- and post-show attendees mailing lists (note - due to continuing medical education rules, attendees must opt in to have their names on the attendee list that is provided to supporters. It is TOA’s policy to never share e-mail addresses; only mailing addresses will be provided.)

Tabletop Exhibit or equivalent floor space: $2,200
